Antoniy Baryshevskiy has won Rubinstein Competition

The  results of the 14th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition were announced yesterday (May 29) in Tel Aviv.  Antoniy Baryshevskiy (Ukraine), who is a  prize winner of the VI International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz (II Prize, Intermediate group , 2005), was awarded the I prize, got a gold medal and $ 40,000. Moreover,  26 year old soloist  of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine received a prize of $ 5,000 for best performance of music piece by  Israeli composer ("Subconscious Labyrinths" by Benjamin Yusupov ).
